Acura’s seven-seat MDX crossover was made over for 2009, with a revised front fascia and a new six-speed automatic transmission. For 2010, not much has changed. The MDX still offers one of the best performance drives in its class thanks to a powerful 300-hp V6 engine and Acura’s SH-AWD system. Optional Active Damper System included in Elite package allows drivers to tailor its ride to their own tastes. Tech package adds Navigation system with voice recognition, better audio system, rear-view camera, leather interior and a power tailgate.

Pros

One of the best-handling crossovers available

Cons

Third-row seats only for children
