The stylish G37 Coupe continues its attack on BMW in 2010. With a 328-hp 3.7-litre V6, six-speed manual or seven-speed automatic transmission and rear- or all-wheel drive, the hot Infiniti is more powerful and less expensive than its German rival. Sport M6 model gets Brembo brakes, 19-inch wheels and sticky tires. The cabin is well built, with good materials and easy-to-use controls. Rear seats cramped, however.

Pros

Very nearly its class leader

Cons

No manual with all-wheel drive
