The mid-sized Altima sedan gets a facelift to shake things up a little for 2010. Changes include a restyled front fascia with new grille, new wheel designs, standard Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) on all models, revised interior fabrics and finishers, and new paint colours. The engines are familiar ones with a 175-hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder and a 270-hp 3.5-liter V6 with either a six-speed manual transmission or optional CVT. New features include a new navigation system and a premium audio package.
