The mid-sized Altima Hybrid gets a facelift to shake things up a little for 2010. Changes include a restyled front fascia with new grille, new wheel designs, revised interior fabrics and finishers, and new paint colours. The engine remains unchanged with a 198-hp 2.5-liter four-cylinder assisted by an electric motor, with a CVT. New features include a new navigation system and a premium audio package.
