Much like its Subaru Impreza rival, the Lancer has a few performance and price points in its lineup. The Ralliart take the middle ground – similar to the WRX. The Ralliart uses a 237-hp turbocharged 2.0-litre engine, the same six-speed dual-clutch transmission found in the Lancer Evolution, and standard all-wheel drive. The combination is a highly refined package that combines all-weather confidence with back-road precision. The Sportback Ralliart uses the same package, but with the five-door hatchback body. Visual changes include a different grille, hood intakes and dual exhaust mark the changes outside, while inside, the Ralliart features the same seats as n the Evo.

Pros

Rapid four-season performance machine

Cons

No telescoping steering
