Mini’s basic car enters 2010 with few changes to its highly successful combination. Power for the Cooper Classic and Cooper come from a 118-hp 1.6-litre four-cylinder, while the Cooper S uses a turbocharged 172-hp version. The Cooper JCW gets a 210-hp version of that same engine, along with bigger wheels, stiffer suspension and other performance-enhancing tweaks. The cabin is tight for four people, but cargo area is reasonably generous.
